We are currently looking to expand our operations in both the UK and Europe and as a result have several openings:

Job:

Business Development (x1 opening)

Wage: Negotiable based on experience – basic + sales commission
Hours: Nominally 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: UK based, Sleaford & Bracknell offices – home-based considered
Duration: Permanent
Details: Excellent communication skills are paramount, as is attention to detail and an enthusiastic and outgoing manner. We distribute and support software that is used by electronics engineers in companies big and small across Northern Europe. Our established sales office (in Sleaford town centre) needs new team members to drive growth. Primary responsibilities are to develop and execute scalable marketing strategies to uncover new opportunities and drive our sales pipeline. We require an experienced technology professional, confident in all aspects of a customer facing commercial role. You will be expected to build on our existing customer database as well as obtain and develop new contact lists. You will work with our entire sales and support team as well as liaising with key supplier personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a customer-facing business development role selling to the engineering / electronics sector. EDA experience a plus.
  • Effective communicator, able to manage both business and technical relationships with a wide array of technology and channel partners across the globe
  • Instinctive commitment to the highest levels of customer service
  • Meticulous and efficient work style
  • Excellent communication skills – oral & written
  • Be an excellent communicator and negotiator with a natural flair for influencing others
  • Previous experience in business-to-business sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business and successfully managing existing accounts.
  • Comfortable talking to customers on the phone and discussing their requirements, challenges and project goals
  • Previous experience of field-based sales activity
  • Travel required: mostly UK – must have clean driving license and access to an appropriate vehicle
  • Key account management
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management, on all sides (customer, supplier, internal)
  • Sourcing and developing new customers and business opportunities for the company

Job:

Internal Sales / Technical Marketing (x2 openings)

Wage: £17-19k per annum + sales commission
Hours: Nominally 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire, UK
Duration: Permanent
Details: Excellent communication skills are paramount, as is attention to detail and an enthusiastic and outgoing manner. We distribute and support software that is used by electronics engineers in companies big and small across Northern Europe. Our established sales office (in Sleaford town centre) needs new team members to drive growth and provide maternity cover. Primary responsibilities are developing sales opportunities (in conjunction with our support engineers) in both our existing customers and new prospects. This will involve liaising closely with our supplier personnel and developing sales and technical marketing strategies to help achieve the company revenue goals.

Duration: Permanent / Temporary
Details: Excellent communication skills are paramount, as is attention to detail and an enthusiastic and outgoing manner. We distribute and support software that is used by electronics engineers in companies big and small across Northern Europe. Our established sales office (in Sleaford town centre) needs new team members to drive growth and provide maternity cover. Primary responsibilities include working closely with your sales and support colleagues to develop sales opportunities in both our existing customers and new prospects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of supporting and contributing to the success of a busy sales office.
